Frequently Asked Questions

Payment is due each time you fill and refill your medication. Onco360 accepts all major credit cards as well as electronic checks. Payment is accepted on Onco360.com, through the myOnco360 patient portal, or download the myOnco360 mobile app. You can also pay by paper check if you choose to return your payment with your monthly mailed statement.

Any questions or concerns about your bill can be communicated via phone or email with our Reimbursement Department at 877.662.6633  Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or [email protected].

We need to ask for this information for identification verification purposes to ensure we are not discussing or releasing Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.

If you need an end-of-year statement, they are will be available in early 2023 in our myOnco360 patient mobile app + portal. To register, simply go to myOnco360.com or download the app from your app store. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Reimbursement Team at 877.662.6633.

Grants are a type of financial assistance and do not need to be repaid. If you have additional questions, please visit our financial assistance page.

Your copays or out-of-pocket costs can change because of Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance benefit changes. If your costs have changed, and you are having difficulty affording your medications, please call our OncoAdvocate® team to discuss financial assistance options. Plans can change throughout the year, but the biggest changes can happen at the beginning of the year if you have Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance.

Please call 877.662.6633 and ask for our Reimbursement Team or email [email protected]. Communicating insurance changes helps us make sure we have your most up-to-date information to ensure we can properly bill your insurance company. We also mail a form in November to confirm this information. The form can be completed and returned via mail to the pharmacy. You can also upload a copy of your new insurance card(s) in the myOnco360 app + portal.

Based on your prescription instructions and dosing, we know exactly when you are due for a refill. You will be contacted by a member of our Operations Outreach Team about a week before you are due to run out of medication. We will ask you a few questions about your medication, including any side effects or if there have been any changes in your health. After your answers are reviewed by our pharmacists, we will begin the refill process. If you do not receive a call from our pharmacy within seven days of a needed refill, feel free to contact us at 877.662.6633.

If the symptoms you are experiencing are life-threatening, please call 911 immediately. All questions about your medication, including dosage instructions or side effects, should be discussed with your doctor and Onco360. You can call our Pharmacy Team at 877.662.6633.

Yes. It’s very important to let us know if you have started or stopped taking a medication (prescription, over-the-counter, alternative, or herbal). Excessive side effects or therapy failure could occur. Our pharmacist will review your entire list of medications to make sure all of your medications are taken safely. Call us at 877.662.6633.

We ship your medications with FedEx Priority Overnight delivery. Also, in certain circumstances, we can schedule options for you to pick up your medication at your provider’s office or you can pick up your medication if you live close to a pharmacy location.
A signature is legally required to provide proof of shipment and delivery under HIPAA guidelines.
It is preferable that you, the patient, signs for the medication delivery, but an adult (over 18 years old) within the household is allowed to sign for it.
