Frequently Asked Questions
Payment is due each time you fill and refill your medication. Onco360 accepts all major credit cards as well as electronic checks. Payment is accepted on Onco360.com, through the myOnco360 patient portal, or download the myOnco360 mobile app. You can also pay by paper check if you choose to return your payment with your monthly mailed statement.
Grants are a type of financial assistance and do not need to be repaid. If you have additional questions, please visit our financial assistance page.
Your copays or out-of-pocket costs can change because of Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance benefit changes. If your costs have changed, and you are having difficulty affording your medications, please call our OncoAdvocate® team to discuss financial assistance options. Plans can change throughout the year, but the biggest changes can happen at the beginning of the year if you have Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance.
Please call 877.662.6633 and ask for our Reimbursement Team or email [email protected]. Communicating insurance changes helps us make sure we have your most up-to-date information to ensure we can properly bill your insurance company. We also mail a form in November to confirm this information. The form can be completed and returned via mail to the pharmacy. You can also upload a copy of your new insurance card(s) in the myOnco360 app + portal.
Based on your prescription instructions and dosing, we know exactly when you are due for a refill. You will be contacted by a member of our Operations Outreach Team about a week before you are due to run out of medication. We will ask you a few questions about your medication, including any side effects or if there have been any changes in your health. After your answers are reviewed by our pharmacists, we will begin the refill process. If you do not receive a call from our pharmacy within seven days of a needed refill, feel free to contact us at 877.662.6633.
If the symptoms you are experiencing are life-threatening, please call 911 immediately. All questions about your medication, including dosage instructions or side effects, should be discussed with your doctor and Onco360. You can call our Pharmacy Team at 877.662.6633.
