Our OncoAdvocate® Team
Because specialty medications are so complex, they can also be very expensive. To help ease potential financial burden, our OncoAdvocate® team is solely dedicated to sourcing third-party funding for eligible patients to reduce copays and out-of-pocket costs.
If you are approved for funding assistance, you are automatically enrolled in a one-of-a-kind program that searches for available funding assistance multiple times a day. When there’s a match, our OncoAdvocates® jump into action to get your much-needed assistance quickly. They also monitor and track your funding balance by checking how much funding is remaining after each fill is applied to your balance.
Should you have concerns about the cost of your medication, contact a member of our OncoAdvocate® Team at 877.662.6633 Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST or you can talk to your Onco Care Coordinator during your initial onboarding call about your concerns and they will transfer you to our OncoAdvocate® Team.
