The F.D.A. has approved VENCLEXTA for use in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have a 17p deletion and have been treated with at least one prior therapy¹.  VENCLEXTA, from AbbVie Inc., is a highly anticipated BCL-2 inhibitor which received accelerated approval based on overall response rate during its clinical trials.
