August 14, 2026

Onco360® is a participating specialty pharmacy in the ZENBEXUS™ (iberdomide) limited dispense network.

Louisville, KY — Onco360®, the nation’s leading independent Specialty Pharmacy, has been selected as a participating pharmacy by Bristol-Myers Squibb for ZENBEXUS™ (iberdomide), indicated, in combination with daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj and dexamethasone, for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least 1 prior line of therapy including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory agent.1

“Onco360 is grateful for the opportunity to work with Bristol-Myers Squibb as a national specialty pharmacy provider for ZENBEXUS™, said Benito Fernandez.

ZENBEXUS™ is a cereblon-modulating protein degrader that binds to cereblon, a substrate recognition component of an E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. ZENBEXUS™ engages cereblon and facilitates recruitment, ubiquitination, and proteasomal degradation of the transcription factors, Aiolos and Ikaros, resulting in anti‑tumor and immunomodulatory activity.1 The prescribing information includes a boxed warning for embryo-fetal toxicity and serious venous and arterial thromboembolism. Because of the risk of embryo-fetal toxicity, ZENBEXUS™ is available only through a restricted distribution program called ZENBEXUS Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS).

Efficacy was evaluated in EXCALIBER-RRMM (NCT04975997), a two-stage, randomized, multicenter, open-label trial in adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) who had previously received one or two prior lines of therapy. Patients who had disease refractory to prior anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody therapy, or to prior bortezomib were excluded.2 The major efficacy outcome measure was minimal residual disease (MRD)-negative complete response (CR) at any time. The primary efficacy population randomized to ZENBEXUS™ 1 mg in combination with Dd (n=207) or the comparator DVd arm (n=213) across stages 1 and stage 2. The MRD-negative CR rate at any time was 41% (95% CI: 34, 48) in the IberDd arm and 21% (95% CI: 15, 27) in the DVd arm.

The most common adverse reactions (≥20%) were upper respiratory tract infection, fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, pneumonia, diarrhea, motor dysfunction, rash, sleep disorder, hypogammaglobulinemia, COVID-19, and constipation.1
