§6809 4(a)(b) Shared Pharmacy Services
To help provide timely service, some prescriptions may be processed by another pharmacy within the Onco360 pharmacy network that is under common ownership. Before this happens:
- Onco360 will let you or your authorized representative know that all or a portion of your prescriptions may be processed or filled at another pharmacy within our network.
- Onco360 will ask you or your authorized representative for a one-time permission before using shared pharmacy services for your current or future prescriptions. Your permission can be provided in writing or electronically and will be documented in your patient profile within our pharmacy system.
You or your authorized representative can choose not to have your prescriptions processed or filled through shared pharmacy services at any time by contacting Onco360 at 1-877-662-6633.
